We are happy to welcome Dr. Iikka Salmela to join the growing Sapotech team.
Iikka will be working as an Image Algorithm Specialist, strengthening the capabilities of our Reveal PLATFORM.
Iikka has a solid background in biophysics from the University of Oulu. “My research background is in visual neurosciences and especially night vision, i.e. how the visual system generates and processes neural signals in low-light environments. In addition to biological vision, I’m fascinated by machine vision and machine learning. At Sapotech, I will pursue these interests by developing algorithms for the Reveal PLATFORM”.
